基于BSC-AHP的研发绩效评估方法

摘    要:研发绩效评估方法是实现研发绩效管理的技术手段。在对研发绩效评估方法进行梳理和比较的基础上,结合BSC和AHP两种方法的特点构建BSC-AHP研发绩效评估方法。该方法针对研发的特点将学习与创新视角分解为创新和学习与成长两个视角,从五个维度诠释战略,并采用文献回顾法和专家问卷调查法确定各个指标及其定义,应用AHP确定每个指标的权重。该方法能够充分发挥BSC作为业绩评价和战略管理的桥梁,实现了BSC从一个框架到一个能够实际操作的工具的转换,为研发绩效评价提供一个通用方法。
