| 摘 要： | 厂商将知识资产的控制权转移给研发机构能提升研发外包的创新绩效,但同时面临知识泄露风险。本文建立委托代理模型,分别分析在一次性合作和长期合作两种情形下,厂商面对研发机构的知识泄露决策所采取的知识资产控制权转移策略。结论表明,在一定契约机制与信誉机制的结合下,厂商防范知识泄漏的知识资产转移策略只与竞争对手和厂商的市场利润差异以及合作期数相关,而与被转移知识的价值无关,且长期转移优于短期转移。

| Abstract: | Firm can improve their innovation performance through transferring the control right of knowledge assets to research units.However,research units might leak the knowledge to firm's competitors.We use a principal-agent framework to analyze firm's transferring strategies of knowledge assets transfer and get different results in one-shot game and finitely repeated game.The result shows that the transferring strategies of knowledge assets correlate to the firm's and the competitor's profits as well as the coope... |
