| 摘 要： | 创业环境对创业企业,尤其是中小创业企业的生存与成长有着重要的影响,并对创业企业的绩效起着决定性作用。本研究通过182份有效问卷调查数据,运用回归分析和结构方程模型方法,探讨了中小企业创业环境对创业绩效的影响。研究结果表明,中小企业创业环境与创业绩效正相关,但创业环境的不同维度对创业绩效的作用呈现差异,创业环境的不同维度对三种不同维度创业绩效的影响也各不相同;进一步说明了完善和提高创业企业激励体系和支持体系是影响中小企业创业绩效的关键因素。分析结果对中小企业在创业过程中有效地利用创业环境提高绩效,使企业更好的发展和成长提供现实参考。
