| 摘 要： | 简述了电子政务绩效评估指标体系的研究现状,根据各阶段的特点,建立了基于过程的全周期指标体系,并运用模糊聚类分析法建构指标,达到了指标的完备性和代表性。对该方法的有效性进行了检验。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the present condition of E-GOV's performance evaluation index system is discussed.According to the characteristic of every phase,a life cycle index system is established.Fuzzy cluster analysis is applied in order to make the index system more integrated and representative.It also(appraises) the effectiveness of the method. |
