| 摘 要： | 作者提出了一条制绵新工艺路线。它以精干绵的二次开茧和定长切断为主要特征,解决了现有新工艺所存在的一些主要问题,不但可用于加工丙球,而且可顺利地加工甲球,纺出的4.76tex(210~s/2)绢丝质量全面达到纺织工业部部颁标准。这条路线简单易行,经济效益高,特别适用于中小型企业。

| Abstract: | A new draft making process is introduced where refined waste silk undergoescocoon opening twice and a constant-length cutting.This process has solved somemain problems of the current new draft making process in use.It is applicable notonly to process the silk tops C,but also to process smoothly the silk tops A and thequality of 210~S/2 spun silk yarn produced reaches in an all-round way the standardissued by China Textile Industry Ministry. |
