| 摘 要： | 应对当前高校共青团工作面临的诸多挑战,应积极构建“一体两翼,四轮驱动”的新时期高校共青团工作运作新模式。“一体两翼”是指以共青团组织为主体,以高校学生会组织、学生社团组织为两翼的工作运行新格局；“四轮驱动”是指紧紧围绕“教育引导”、“组织建设”、“素质拓展”、“成才服务”四个方面,全面做好新时期高校共青团工作。
