| 摘 要： | 诊所法律教育作为一种适应现代法律职业要求的教学模式,完全可以在国际法教学中应用,但由于缺乏合格的指导教师、足够的资金等原因,要想广泛应用仍很困难。我们可通过聘请具有丰富法律实践经验的人员担任指导教师、转变教育理念等方法来促进此种教学方法在国际法教学中的应用。

| Abstract: | As a teaching mode adapting to the requirements of modern legal occupation,clinical legal education can undoubtedly be applied in the teaching of international law.But due to the lack of qualified teachers and sufficient funds,it is very difficult to be widely used.Therefore,we can employ instructors with highly legal practice experience and change education ideas to promote the application of this teaching method in the international law teaching. |
