摘    要:以水平提花轮控制沉降片的运动状态为研究对象,从理论上建立了提花轮齿和两种钢米与双片鼻沉降片的啮合关系式,并定量地分析了提花轮齿和不同尺寸的钢米在弯纱区域控制沉降片的径向挺进距离和各弯纱始点的周向位置关系

Abstract:This paper has established theoretically several equations of the meshing relation between two|step sinkers and a horizontal patternwheel as well as two kinds of the pattern pins inserted it, based upon an investigation of the sinker's moving condition controlled by the wheel. The quantitative analysis has been given about the amount of the sinker's radial movement controlled by the teeth of the wheel as well as various pins in the sinking region. The relation between the radial movement and the position in circumference of the sinkers in various beginning sinking points has also been discussed.
