| 摘 要： | 在界定了技术创新方法推广体制与机制概念的基础上,深入分析了我国技术创新方法推广体制,将其划分为政府主导、政府与企业相结合以及企业主导等3种典型模式,并讨论了与各模式相对应的技术创新方法推广机制及特点。最后提出了加快建立更好发挥市场机制作用的我国技术创新方法推广体制机制的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based upon the definition of the system and mechanism of technical innovation promotion methods,this paper deelply analyze the system of technical innovation promotion methods in China,which divided into three typical modes: government leading promotion mode,government and enterprise combined promotion mode,enterprises leading promotion mode.Then the mechanism of technical innovation promotion methods corresponding to the modes and the features of these modes are researched.Finally several suggestions about speeding up the establishment of system and mechanism of technology innovation methods which can better play the role of market mechanism in China are put forward. |
