| 摘 要： | 知识源转移意向的强弱直接关系到知识转移的数量多寡和质量高低,因此科研人员进行合作研究的意愿是产学知识转移效果的重要影响因素。以Homans社会交换理论为基础,就影响大学科研人员参与合作研究的影响因素进行了系统分析,提出了包括经济收益、声誉回报、开放科学价值观念、研究偏好和时间成本因素的理论框架模型。

| Abstract: | The knowledge source’s intensity to transfer their knowledge directly influence the quantity and quality of the knowledge transferred,so the success of knowledge transfer depends on the researcher’s willing to cooperate with the enterprises.Based on the Social Exchange Theory,we argue that economic return,reputation return,the value of open science,research preferences and time cost are the key factors influencing the researchers’ willingness to cooperation research. |
