| 摘 要： | 金融危机后期,我国经济发展面临内忧外患的局势,在此背景下国家提出了发展战略性新兴产业的宏伟规划。然而战略性新兴产业在其发展进程中,却出现了与预期不同的偏差和问题。在此纷繁复杂的现象后面,迫切需要从哲学的高度为战略性新兴产业的发展指明前进方向。首先阐释了产业哲学视野下产业的涵义及其发展规律,然后分析出现偏差和问题的原因,最后给出了解决问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In the context of China’s economy facing both internal and external situation after financial crisis,China put forward the plan of developing strategic emerging industry.However,the problems appeared at the developmental progression.It is necessary to give directions for the development of strategic and emerging industry stand the height of philosophy behind complex phenomena.This paper first interprets the meaning of industry and the laws of the development of industry based on the philosophy of industry,and then analyses the reasons of the problems,at last gives some suggestions on the solution to the problems. |
