| Abstract: | This paper presents an index system to assess the capability of independent innovation of high-tech industries.Then,this paper gives an evaluation of the independent innovation capability of high-tech industries by grey system theory.Finally,this paper provides the decision-making information to enhance the capability of independent innovation. |
