利用脱硫渣及废石粉烧制陶瓷研究

摘    要:本文通过XRD、X射线荧光分析等方法研究利用脱硫渣及废石粉烧制陶瓷。研究结果表明:直接掺入脱硫渣烧制陶瓷,其SO2的逸放率高达77%以上;采用钙质废石粉与脱硫渣复掺,并表面施釉,可把烧成温度从1100 ℃降低至1050 ℃,煅烧时间从2 h缩短至1 h,其SO2的逸放率可控制至30%以下。烧成后的陶瓷产品中的钙主要以CaAl2Si2O8和CaSO4形式存在,制品性能合格。既利用了废物,又可节能。

Abstract:Adding desulphurization dregs and waste stone powder to produce ceramics was studied in this paper by X-ray diffraction,X-ray fluorescence analysis etc.The result shows that the release rate of SO2 is higher then 77% when only adding desulphurization dregs to the raw material to produce ceramic.But under the conditions of decreasing the sintering temperature from 1100 ℃ to 1050 ℃ while reducing the soaking time from 2 h to 1 h ,the release rate of SO2 drops down to lower than 30% with both adding calcareous waste stone powder and desulphurization dregs to the raw material and applying glaze to the surface. And the calcium in the ceramics mainly are CaAl2Si2O8 and CaSO4.The performance of the product is qualified.So,in this way,not only are the waste used but also may conserve energy.
