| 摘 要： | 格赖斯提出的会话含义和合作原则给语言事实提供了重要的语言功能解释，他试图根据语境去研究话语的真正含义，让人们懂得语言与其使用之间的各种关系。之后，语言学家进一步发展他的理论，充分结合哲学和逻辑学的相关知识。展示语言符号作用下出现的心理和社会现象。本旨在阐述这种理论的产生和发展的过程，使英语学习增加其语用学知识。提高其语用能力。

| Abstract: | Conversational Implicature and Cooperative Principle advanced by H.P. Grice provide a language with more functional explanations. He tries to research the implication of an utterance with the help of context and show the relations between a language itself and its speakers. After him, many linguists have been developing this theory. This essay aims to present English learners with more pragmatic knowledge and help improve their communicative competence by describing the process from the birth to the latest development of the theory. |
