我国烟草业的几大发展战略研究进展

为了搞清楚我国烟草业的发展趋势,本文总结分析了目前比较有代表性的几个观点,得出结论:我国烟草由于受经营特殊性的制约,经营机制、体制都不完善,与国外烟草企业相比还存在比较大的差距;但是,整个行业的发展要求我国烟草走国际化、多元化的发展之路。因此,我们必须加强烟草业的体制改革,加强我国烟草品牌的品牌建设,加大烟草业人才开发建设力度,加强烟草行业科研,与国际烟草企业展开竞争。

Study Advance on Some Developmental Strategies of Chinese Tobacco Industry

To understand the tobacco industry's trend of development, some representative viewpoints were summarized and analyzed in this paper. The conclusion was drew that system and managing mechanism of Chinese tobacco industry are not perfect because of the special nature of operating constraints; compared with tobacco industry abroad, the gaps are outlined; however, the entire industry development requires Chinese tobacco industry to go along the path of development for internationalization and diversification. Therefore, we must reinforce systematic reform of Chinese tobacco industry, strengthen brand construction, increase talent development and construction, and strengthen scientific research, to compete with international tobacco enterprises.
