Abstract:In order to solve the basic problems in quantum mechanics, the elements andoperators in functional space are used to describe stochastic tests and processes,(1)Theprobability functions to describe stochastic tests are given after the introduction of the operatorsof stochastic variables and thcir eigenequations and the determination of the eigenfunctionscorrcsPOnding to the eigenvalues of stochastic variables.(2)The probability functions of the sum of the statistically independent stochastic variables are discussed. The nature of probabilityfunctions of the identity tests is investigated,and Bernoulli trials are used as applied examples. At the same time,a new kind of stochastic process is put forward by using operators, eigenequations and probability functions to dcscribe stochastic processes. (3)The axiom system of quantum mechanics is simplified after rcinvcstigation. Then a new measuring theory in quantum mechanics, which is of noncontradictions intricically, is advanced, and a new explanation of quantum mechanics is given.
