东北产中国林蛙—哈士蟆的染色体组型及C带分析

本文分析了28个个体的C带带型。结果表明:哈土蟆全部柒色体的中间带和端带较发达,而着丝点C带不明显,其C带特征表明哈士蟆是蛙属中较特化的类型。与黑龙江林蛙相比,它们的C带特征很相似,在异柒色质分布方面说明了两者有很近的亲缘关系。

Karyotypic and C-banding Analysis of Hashima-frog

Hashima-frog is distributed in Northeast China. It is one of the amphibians with important economical value, and also being a component of traditional Chinese medicine. Analysis of the karyotypes and C-bandings of Hashima-frog have been carried out from the examination of metaphase plates of bone marrow cells prepared by the colchicine-hypotonic-air drying method and BSG staining techniques. The diploid number is 24. It showed that telomeric and interstitial C-bandings of all chromosomes are well developed, but the centromeric C-bandings are weakly stained. The heterochromatin positive reaction is corresponding with the secondary constriction all chromosomes. The short arms of No.11 are with well developed interstitial C-banding and deeply stained with a considerable large area. The C-banding analysis of Rana amuensis and Hashima-frog have proved that their are close relative.
