摘    要:木文以 60t卧式链片冲床为对象,使用多输入单输出模型的识别方法,对机床各主 要部件所辐射噪声在总声级中所占的比重进行了研究,结果表明:该冲床操作位置处的 噪声,主要由各部件的振动辐射所引起,其中以安装模具的底板为最高;其次为滑块。 这些研究结果对于重新设计或改进冲床结构具有重要意义。

Abstract:The studying object presented in this paper is a 60-ton horizontal chainsheet punch press. Using the identification technique of multiple input/single output model, authors studied and obtained the ratio of the noise radiated from every principal pert of the press to the overall sound energy. The results indicate that the structural ringing of the press provides the strongest contribu- tion to radiated energy levels, and the noise at operators position is mainly caused by the radiations of vibrating parts of the press. Thus the dominant radiating noise source is the Plate on which the die is mounted, and the ram is the next. The results of the experimental investigation are highly important for redesigning a press or improving the construction of a press.
