| 摘 要： | 当前,我国的教育改革提出全面实施素质教育,提高国民素质,这是社会经济改革发展向教育提出的客观要求,其关键在于教师。作为教学工作主体的教师如何在教育教学中转变观念,适应当前教学改革发展的要求已成为当务之急。

| Abstract: | The educational reform being carried out in China nowadays puts its stress on implementing all quality- oriented education and improving people's quality.This is an objective requirement for education from the development of social economic reform,and the key factor is teachers.It is urgent that teachers change their ideas and adapt themselves to the requirements of educational reform. |
