| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO和国家实施西部大开发战略,人才培养已成为当地社会经济发展的重要保证。本文就如何发展西部少数民族地区的成人高等教育事业,为当地培养急需的“留得住、用得着”的实用新型人才的有关问题,根据我校成人高等教育的发展,提出一些自己的看法和思考,主要有:①、新形势下,发展民族地区成人高等教育的重要性;②、人才培养目标和专业课程的设置;③、办学模式的思考与突破;④、教学过程的实施与监督。

| Abstract: | With China's joining WTO and the implementation of western development strategy, cultivation of talented persons has become a must to local social and economic development. This paper covers how to develop higher adult education in western minority areas and train urgently needed practical talented persons. We brought forth ideas about the following aspects: first, the importance of higher adult education in minority areas under a new situation; second, training objects and curriculum setting; third, mode of running and breakthroughs; forth, teaching and supervision. |
