西藏高山草原土放线菌生化特性研究

摘    要:本文将海拔4,240~4,850m的西藏高山草原土中具有代表性的84株菌作为供试菌进行生理生化特性及拮抗性研究。结果表明:供试菌中具有淀粉水解能力的菌株占86.9%,培养30d时,具有明胶液化,凝乳及胨化能力的菌株分别占供试菌的97.6%、22.6%及100%;供试菌中对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、假丝酵母及青霉有抗性的菌株分别占58.3%、45.2%、28.6%及25.0%。

Abstract:Physiochemical properties and antagonism have been researched on 84 actinomyces as representatives from Tibet highland of 4240-4850 meters above sea-leavl. Results showed that about 86.9% of the actinomyces can hydrolyze starch. After being cultured for 30 days, about 97.6%, 22.6%, and 100% of the actinomyces can respectively liquefy gelatin, freeze milk and be peptized. The actinomyces resist golden staphylococcus (53.8%) colon bacillus (45.2%), and penicillin (25%).
