三辊微张力减径过程金属变形行为模拟与分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对无缝钢管三辊张力定径过程的金属变形行为进行模拟,较直观适时地反映该过程的金属变形状态,详细讨论该过程由咬入到稳定轧制的金属流动变化状态及方式。分析得到的应力应变分布结果能够较好地解释钢管定减径过程中出现的壁厚不均等现象,模拟结果与实际生产中钢管变形行为状态基本一致。

Abstract:The deformation of the seamless steel tube in the 3-roll tiny-tension reducing process was simulated and reflected visually by the ANSYS, a finite element analysis software. From biting to rolling, the change and condition of metal transformation were discussed in detail. The distribution of the stress and the strain can well explain the unequal wall thickness in the tension reducing process, and the deformation in the simulation is identical to that in practical production.
