比较猪蹄甲、穿山甲抗炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的比较猪蹄甲、穿山甲水煎液对大、小鼠急慢性炎症模型的影响;探讨猪蹄甲在抗炎方面能否替代穿山甲.方法按文献方法[8~9]造成小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠纸片性肉芽增生模型.猪蹄甲水煎液分别按6.7g/kg-1.d、3.33g.kg-1d、67g.kg-1.d灌胃(ig);穿山甲水煎液3.33g.kg-1.d灌胃(ig);空白对照组和模型对照组分别灌胃(ig)等体积的生理盐水,比较观察猪蹄甲、穿山甲对上述各指标的影响.结果与模型(或空白)对照组比较,诸用药组均有不同程度的抗炎作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),穿山甲组和猪蹄甲高剂量组比较无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论猪蹄甲、穿山甲对急、慢性炎症均有抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective To study whether sus scrofa domestica brission can replace manis pentadactyla linmaeus by comparing the difference between the sus scrofa domestica brisson and the manis pentadactyla on big and small rat acute or chronic inflammation Methods According to literature,make models of small rat's abdominis cavum capillary permeability improvement,big rat's oncotic toes and hyperplastic granulatuon Dosages of the sus scrofa domestica brisson and manis pentadactyla linmaeus are 6 67g kg -1 d,3 33g kg -1 d,67g kg -1 d,ig and 3 33g kg -1 d,ig Feed blank group and model group on 0 9% sodium chloride to compare the influence on the indexes above between the sus scrofa domestica brisson and the manis pentadactyla linnaeus Result Compare to model or blank contrast group,every treating group has different anti inflamation effect ( P <0 05 or P <0 01) The group of sus scrofa domestica brisson has no obvious difference with the group the group of manis pentadactyula linmaeus( P >0 05) Conclusions The group of sus scrofa domestica brisson has the similar anti-inflamation effect on acute and chronic inflammation as the group of manis pentadactyla linmaeus
