| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了多酸、多酸结构类型、多酸药物的研究内容与研究意义;回顾了近代多酸药物研究的历史;对抗HIV、抗肿瘤多酸药物的研究,从代表性药物的发现、机理研究到构效关系等方面作了重点评述;指出了未来多酸药物研究工作的主要领域。

| Abstract: | It introduces briefly what are polyoxometalates, their structure types, the fields of research on polyoxometalates in medicine and the meaning of researches on them. The modem history of developing polyoxometalates in medicine is retrospected. It is the research of polyoxometalates with anti HIV activity and that with anti-tumor activity that is reviewed carefully from respects of discovering of typical medicines, mechanism study and the relationship between structures and bioactivities. Finally, the main fields of exploring polyoxometalates in medicine in the near future are pointed out. |
