摘    要:采用特殊结构的镁芯包芯线对钢水进行处理,处理过程比采用普通结构含镁包芯线平稳,镁可以有效地加入钢水中,并获得比较稳定的收得率.经过镁处理后,钢中夹杂物类型、形态和尺寸明显变化.大尺寸的Al2O3夹杂转变为细小的MgO·Al2O3,同时使钢中Al2O3·MnS夹杂以细小的Al2O3·MnS·MgS的形式存在.
