| 摘 要： | 作者总结快速橡塑共混用的新型转子设计规律,设计了两端回流圆盆的转子,其螺旋角与棱长比及凸棱曲率和间隙形状等,也进行了相应的优化匹配,致使该密炼机的混炼性能优异。

| Abstract: | The design feature of new type rotor used in mixer for fast blendable rubber and plastic was sumed up. A rotor has been designed with originative disc to turn flow in both ends. The helix angle of the rotor, the length ratio and curvature of the nog, gap shape were optimized. |
