| 摘 要： | 选择性去甲基反应在天然产物的修饰、转化和合成中有重要的意义．首次报道甲磺酸可选择性脱除邻三甲氧基苯2位上的甲基以及3，4，5．三甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯和3，4，5-三甲氧基苯甲酸的4位上的甲基，为选择性脱除芳醚甲基提供了一个新的方法．

| Abstract: | The regioselective demethylation reaction has great significance for the modification, conversion and synthesis of natural products:The regioselective demethylation of 4- or 2-positions in 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoate, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid and 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene catalyzed by CH_3SO_3H is first reported in this paper. It gives a new method for demethylation. |
