摘    要:以三辛胺为萃取剂、白煤油为稀释剂络合萃取处理环氧树脂废水。结果表明,在pH=1.0、油水体积比0.35、萃取剂与稀释剂体积比为2时,废水经三级错流萃取COD和C l-的去除率分别达到97.6%和92.0%;萃取相用5%的N aOH、油碱体积比为2反萃10 m in后,可多次反复使用;红外光谱结果证明用三辛胺萃取环氧氯丙烷的反应机理主要为离子缔合反应。

Abstract:The complex extraction process of epoxied resins sewage was investigated by using trioctylamine as the extractant and the white kerosene as the diluent.Results show that under the conditions that pH=1.0,the volume ratio of oil to water was 0.35,and the volume ratio of the extractant to the diluent in oil phase was 2,the removal rates of COD and Cl~-were 97.6% and 92.0% respectively after three-stage crossflow.By adding 5% NaOH into the extract phase as the volume ratio of oil to the aqueous alkali was 2 and reacting for 10 min,the used extractant can be recycled.The mechanism of complex extraction was the ion-association reaction according to the results of infrared spectrometry.
