| Abstract: | Based on the theories of stimulation and productivity of knowledge workers,the supposition and theory model was proposed among their relationship analysis. After surveying the cross section date in the society,the supposition and theory model was confirmed and revised by structural equation model(SEM) . The relationship between stimulation and productivity of knowledge workers was found quantitatively in the SEM analysis,when the enterprise after the reshuffle.
