纳米TiO2分散料浆的制备方法研究

摘    要:纳米粒子在水中的分散很困难,粒子极易团聚.这些团聚的粒子通常以所谓"软团聚"的方式存在.软团聚的粒子在外力的作用下很大程度能进一步分散.因此,制备粒径较小并以软团聚方式存在的纳米粒子料浆,对纳米粒子的应用具有一定的意义.研究了纳米TiO2分散料浆的制备方法.分别试验了分散介质、分散方法、分散剂种类及用量、分散时间、分散温度及分散介质pH值等分散条件.结果表明,50~70℃,pH=7.7~10.8,SiO2气溶胶与纳米TiO2粉末的质量比为0.06∶1,超声分散30 min得到了平均粒径在300 nm左右稳定的纳米TiO2分散料浆.

Abstract:Nano-particles dispersion in water is difficult due to easily aggregating.The existence of these aggregate particles is usually called soft agglomeration.These particles of soft agglomeration can be further dispersed under the action of external forces.Therefore,it is significant to prepare the smaller size particles and the nano-particles of soft agglomeration existing in the slurry.In this paper,the preparation method of nano-TiO2 dispersing in slurry is investigated.And the dispersion medium,dispersion method,category and dosage of dispersant,dispersion time and temperature,dispersion medium pH are discussed respectively.The results show that stable nano-TiO2 dispersion slurry with particle size of about 300 nm should be prepared at 50~70 ℃,with pH = 7.7~10.8,SiO2 aerosol and nano-TiO2 powder = 0.06∶1,30 min ultrasonic dispersion.
