湖北大学学生体质状况的调查研究

采用献资料法、测试法、比较法和数理统计法等,系统了解湖北大学学生体质现状及其变化规律,并发现存在的主要问题,分析原因,提出针对性的对策,为学校体育的改革和《全民健身计划纲要》的实施提供依据。结果表明：湖北大学学生体质的湖北省高校中处于中等偏上水平,但有部分体质指标仍落后于全国平均水平,与其体育态度表现一般、体育意识淡薄、锻炼项目偏颇、锻炼时间不足等因素有关。建议：加大宣传力度;高校体育应侧重于发展耐力和柔韧;大学生体质监测制度化;延长体育课修业年限。

The investigation of physical condition of the student in Hubei University

To find and know the present physical situation and the change law of the students in Hubei University in system, find the extent major problem, analysis the cause, put forward the countermeasure of the nature being directed against, provide the basis for the reformation of school gym and the implementation of "The plan athlete of the whole people improving the health", the document datum method, the test method, comparative method and the mathematical statitics method were used. It' s a fact that the physique of the students of Hubei University is in the medium partial sail in the college students in Hubei, but there are some physical quotas still behind in the average standard of the whole nation, which concerned with the facter, such as generally showing of the gym manner, the thin of gym consciousness, the bias of the item of taking exercise and inadequate of the time taking exercise. It was suggested that: enlarge the proporganda dynamics, gym in coEege should be laid special emphasis on developing endurance with pliable and tough, sysematize the monitoring of university students' physique, prolong the gym class fixed number of years studied at school.
