活性炭纤维吸附甲苯的影响因素

摘    要:采用动态吸附实验装置,研究了温度、浓度、流速对固定床吸附器中粘胶基活性炭纤维吸附甲苯废气的饱和吸附量的影响.结果表明:甲苯气体流量增加时,饱和吸附量也增加;随浓度的增加,吸附量呈先上升后下降的趋势;当吸附温度升高时,吸附量呈现下降趋势.

The Factors Affecting the Adsorption of Activated Carbon Fiber for Toluene Gas

Abstract:Dynamic adsorption experimental apparatus was used to study the effects of temperature, concentration andflow rate of the fixed-bed adsorber on the amount of saturated adsorption of toluene gas adsorbed by viscosebased activated carbon fiber. The result showed that the adsorption amount rose with the increasing flux. The adsorption amount fell before rising when the concentration increased, and the adsorption amount decreased when the temperature went up.
