| 摘 要： | 运动员人力资本投资是一项高风险的投资,为规避风险,确保我国体育事业的健康发展,需要对风险规避的事前控制和事后补救双管齐下。事前控制主要指改革现有体育管理体制,事后补救主要指建立健全市场化的体育保险体系。

| Abstract: | Athietes human capital investment was of high risk.To avoid the risk and ensure a healthy development of our sports,we need to strengthen both pre- and post-control of risk,which focused on sports management system and establishing a market-oriented sports insurance system,respectively. |
