| 摘 要： | 为了改善生态环境,合理利用自然资源,发展山地经济,消除贫困,概述了目前山地生态系统存在的问题,指出了潜在的生态危机,最后,本文就存在的问题和制约因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
