摘    要:研究目的:采用高效液相色谱法对蔬菜中噻苯咪唑进行分离和检测。方法:蔬菜样品经甲醇提取,高速离心沉淀分离后,以甲醇+水(50+50)为流动相,采用C柱(3.9mm×150mm×5μm)分离,流速为1.0mL/min,UV300nm检测。结果:该方法所测得的噻苯咪唑在0~20.0mg/L内具有良好的线性特征,检出限为0.01mg/kg。结论:该方法适合各种蔬菜农药残留量的分析。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE,Residues of thiabendazole in vegetables were analyzed and separated by high performance liquid chromatography.METHOD,C18 column(3.9mm×150mm×5μm),the mobile phase:CH3OH+H2O(50+50),the flow rate:1.0 ml/min,the UV detector wave length:300nm.RESULTS,The experimental data had a good characteristic of linearity in the range of 0~20.0mg/L with the detecting limit0.01mg/kg.CONCLUSION,The method could be used to analyze pesticide in different vegetables.
