摘    要:为了确定住宅厨房合理的排风量,改善厨房内空气质量,运用CFD技术对不同排风量下厨房油烟的浓度场分布进行了建模和数值模拟,利用有限容积法和SIMPLE算法对微分方程进行离散求解,对模拟结果进行了分析和实测验证.认为增加排油烟机的排风量对改善厨房的排烟效果是有效的.但一味增加排风量不仅浪费能量,而且对改善排烟效果作用也不大.结合实例结果,对排烟效率进行了分析.

Abstract:To define the reasonable exhaust flow of residential kitchen and improve its air quality, the smoke concentration field of residential kitchen under different exhaust flow was simulated with CFD technology. The finite volume method and SIMPLE arithmetic were adopted to disperse and solve the differential equation. The simulation result was analyzed and checked by the test data. To increase the exhaust flow is effective for improving the smoke exhaust effect, but it wastes energy. The smoke exhaust efficiency of example was analyzed.
