最是"天道"不"自由" ——三问"天道自由主义"

摘    要:无论是儒家“天道”还是老子“天道”,都不存在“自由主义”内涵。它们也从未成为中国人争取自由权利的武器。宪政归根结底来源于社会政治经验,是确立相对稳定的经济政治秩序并达成基本共识的结果。中国宪政建设的当务之急,是奠定宪政的经验、制度基础,而不是嫁接出诸如“天道自由主义”之类超验价值。

Abstract:The "the way of heaven" in both Confucianism and Taoism does not have the connotation of "liberalism",nor has it ever been employed as the weapon of Chinese people in fighting for their rights and freedom.After all,the constitutional politics stems from social and political experiences,and it comes after a relatively stable eco-political order established as well as broad consensus reached.The top priority in establishing China's constitutional politics is to lay a solid foundation in terms of experience and system,but not to bring out such graft transcendental values as "liberalism of the heaven" .
