摘    要:采用色-质谱联用仪对植物油沥青粘结剂在铸造模拟工艺过程中所产生的气体进行化学成份测定,获得十几种化合物,其中醇类含量最高,其次为烷烃.未检出致癌的芳烃或毒性大的物质

Abstract:This paper presents that the GC/MS was employed to measuring gaseous chemical components produced by plant oil pitch binder in simulated foundry process.More than ten kinds of compounds have been measured out.The constituents with highest content are alcohols,and the rest are various kinds of alkanes.The aromatic hydrocarbons with carcinogenesis,strong poisonous substance are not found.
