海洋细菌Pseudomonas sp.7-11产碱性蛋白酶的研究

摘    要:本文研究了海洋细菌Pseudomonas sp.7-11产碱性蛋白酶的发酵条件及调控机制,并对该蛋白酶进行了分离纯化,实验结果显示,7-11为好氧菌,具有某些嗜低温的特性,而且适宜在偏碱性的条件下生长并产酶;酪蛋白培养基适合该菌株产酶;K^+对产酶起关键作用;复合氨基酸对产酶有抑制作用,发酵液经盐析和离子交换层析等得到了两个活性峰,其中一个峰达到电泳纯,因此该菌产生蛋白酶不止一种。

Abstract:The fermentation conditions of the alkaline protease produced by a marine bacterium strain 7 11 and the regulation mechanism of the protease production was studied.The study showed that 7 11 strian was aerobic and psychrophilic.The casein medium improved the growth of the organism and the production of the protease.K + was vital for the enzyme production.Composite amino acid inhibited the production of the protease.The protease was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation,dialysis,ion exchange chromatography.We found many components of the alkaline protease from marine bacterium Pseudomonas sp.7 11.
