复合板材的平面拉伸强度和扭转剪切强度之间的关系

摘    要:复合板材中心层的粘结强度系控制板材质量的重要指标,有关规范规定:粘结强度是用垂直板材平面的拉伸应力大小来度量,但该项试验复杂、测试困难、影响因素多、时间长。本文从理论和实验中证实了平面拉伸应力和平面扭转剪应力之间存在着直线关系,从而提出将规范改为用实验条件简单易行的平面扭转剪应力大小作为控制板材质量的指标。

Abstract:The adhesive strength in the centre of the composite plates is the important quality index. In the normal way, the adhesive strength was determined by the way of how great of the tensile strength of the composite plates vertical plane, but the test is complex and difficulty and it costs a long time and is affected by many other factors. By means of theory and tests in this essay, it is verified that it exists linear relations between plane tensile strength and twist shearing strength, and it put forward a way to control quality index by using the simple and easy test of how great of the plane twist shearing strength.
