| 摘 要： | 目的：为观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（ｂＦＧＦ）在鼓膜刺激闻法中的作用。方法：对慢性单纯性中耳炎所致的残余鼓膜穿孔及外伤性鼓膜穿孔，行非手术鼓膜刺激疗法，修补鼓膜共３２耳作临床分析总结，ｂＦＧＦ治疗组１７耳（残余性中耳炎１２耳，外伤性５耳）；且１５耳（残余性中耳炎１０耳，外伤性５耳）。按常规鼓膜刺激疗法，鼓室内放入蘸有ｂＦＧＦ的明胶海绵进行治疗观察。结果：ｂＦＧＦ组成功率为１００％（１２耳），对照组

| Abstract: | Aim:To observe the effect of bFGF used in tympanic membrane stimulation therapy. Methods:Thirty-two cases of residual or traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane neoplasty were reported, in which 17 were treated with bFGF and the rest were not. Results:The statistical different between the two group was so notable that the rate of success was 100% in bFGF group and was only 40% in the rest. Conclusion:The reporter made further exposition on the effect of bFGF to promote growth of tympanic membrane and on the value of bFGF in clinical application. |
