| Abstract: | The author firstly analyzes the significant development in the reform of the investment in education since constitution of socialist market economy,then points out the key problems in the current compulsory education finance framework.Finally,based on the analysis mentioned above,the author puts forward some policy suggestions about perfecting the compulsory education finance framework to meet socialist market economy. |
