九自由度汽车舒适性仿真

摘    要:在汽车舒适性预测评估和汽车悬挂系统,驾驶室支承系统、发动机悬置系统优化设计中、要求选用合适的动力学模型对汽车舒适性进行动态仿真。笔者以3种工况下人体垂直方向加速度加权均方根值作为舒性评价指标,建立了九自由度汽车振动模型,在推导计算公式,设计算法的基础上编了仿真计算程序,并对红岩CQ1160载重汽车进行了什么性仿真计算。通过对红岩汽车系列产品所做实验数据比较,证明了所建模能够比较好的反映汽车的振动情

Abstract:Automobile comfort dynamic simulation is necessary when we predict and evaluate the comfort of a automobile or optimize performance of automobile. The nine DOF vibration model of automobile is established , which acts root mean square value of body in multiple work conditions as comfort evaluation indices. Based on the comfort simulation, the Hongyan 1160 is predicted in the way of comfort. The programmes can be used in many different automobiles . The computational result indicates that the model can simulate vibration of automobile truly. It is significant to research automobile comfort evaluation to optimize performance of automobile and comfort simulation .The computational program can be applied to optimize or simulate which has some reference value.
