| 摘 要： | 将粗糙表面视为随机过程，通过表面频谱分析，给出了包含关于表面轮廓高度、梯度、曲率方面信息的表征参数，该方法是对以往仅考虑表面高度的表征方法的改进。此外，还研究了轮廓的统计特性，这些统计特性与轮廓的功率谱密度有关。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the rough surface is considered as a random process. With spectral analysis of the surface profile, the characterization parameters which reflect the information of variances of height, slope and curvature of the profile are calculated, which can improve the evaluation method of the rough surface in the past.Furthermore, the statistics of a profile of the surface are studied. It is found that such profile statistics are related to the power spectral density of the profile. |
