臭氧在鼓泡塔中吸收与反应过程的模拟

摘    要:研究了鼓泡塔中伴随有溶解臭氧自分解以及臭氧与水中的有机物发生二级臭氧化反应的臭氧吸收传质过程,介绍了液相体积传质系数等参数的求解方法.在鼓泡塔中当T=298K时进行了臭氧在对硝基苯胺溶液中的吸收实验,然后运用全混流模型,建立了吸收过程的质量平衡方程,采用Matlab软件中的ODE程序求解吸收过程的质量平衡方程和增强因子的联立方程,模拟了吸收过程中臭氧和对硝基苯胺浓度的变化,并与实验值进行了比较.结果表明,在短的鼓泡塔中,应用全混流模型来描述气相和液相的流体状态是可行的,在80%的对硝基苯胺降解之前,模拟值和实验值能很好地一致.

Abstract:This paper deals with the absorption process with mass transfer of ozone in bubble columns,which is accompanied by the self-decomposition of dissolved ozone and the two-stage ozonation reaction between ozone and the organic materials in water,and with the method to solve the mass transfer parameters,such as the liquid-phase volumetric mass transfer coefficient.Absorption experiments were carried out at 298K,by injecting ozone into a bubble column which contains p-nitroaniline.The mass balance equations of the ozone absorption process were then expressed by using the complete mixing model.Furthermore,the mass balance equations and enhancement factor equations of the absorption process were solved by utilizing the Matlab ODE program,and the concentration variations of ozone and p-nitroaniline in the absorption process were simulated,which were then compared with the experiment results.It is conclude that,in short bubble column,by means of the complete mixing model it is feasible to describe the flow states of gas phase and liquid phase,and that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results before the degradation of 80% of p-nitroaniline.
