| 摘 要： | 砌体开裂是目前工程质量中普遍存在的问题，不仅影响建筑物的美观和使用，还可能危及房屋的结构安全。对砌体开裂的类型及原因进行了分析，针对不同成因的裂缝提出了不同的预防措施及处理方法。
