高速立式加工中心主轴箱豆包阻尼减振试验研究

摘    要:由于豆包阻尼的结构具有柔性约束特征,难以直接进行理论方面的研究,所以文章采用试验的技术对主轴箱的豆包阻尼减振效果进行了研究。豆包材料的配比不同,阻尼减振的效果不同,所以本文设计了两种方案,通过试验得出了减振前后各方向的动刚度谱。通过分析得出了随着豆包材料的增加,低阶频率的刚度值变小,高阶频率的刚度增大。为豆包阻尼在主轴箱的减振应用提出了依据。

Abstract:Because the bean bag damping structure has the characteristics of flexible constraints, it is difficult to directly theory research, so this paper uses the test technology bean bag damping effect on the headstock were studied. Bean bag material proportion of different, different damping effect, so this paper designs two kind of scheme, the direction of vibration and dynamic stiffness spectra were obtained by experiment. Through the analysis of increasing the bean bag material, the low frequency stiffness values become smaller, higher order frequency increases stiffness. The basis for the application of bean bag damping in vibration of spindle box.
