网络学习环境中智能化答疑系统的分析研究

在采用非面对面教学形式的网络学习环境中,学生提问与指导教师答疑都可以不受时间与空间的限制,充分利用了指导教师的宝贵时间,能帮助学生克服羞涩心理,培养学生的参与能力和团队协作精神.笔者在详细分析网络学习环境中智能答疑系统的主要功能的基础上,提出了一个实际可行的网上智能化答疑系统的设计方案,此外,还较为详细地分析了全文搜索技术、自动分词、智能代理技术、XML数据组织技术等与智能答疑系统设计相关的技术.

The Research of the Intelligence Answer System in the Network Study Environment

Student puts question to and teacher answers questions all cannot receive the restriction confinement with the space of time,and the time of exploit teacher can help student to surmount in the heart shyly,and cultivates the participation of student hard and corps cooperation spirit.This article is on the foundation to analyze the major function,and put forward a real feasible design proposal.In addition still detailed deliberates to analyze nucleus technology being mutually related such as full text search technology,automatic word segmentation and intellect agent and XML technology,etc.
