摘    要:介绍了611OZ型车用增压柴油机废气旁通涡轮增压系统的设计方法,设计出一种简单可靠的废气旁通涡轮增压系统,并对其进行了试验研究.试验结果表明整个系统工作可靠、灵活,柴油机的低速性能有了明显的改善.

Abstract:The principle of the waste-gate turbocharging system is described in the dessertation. A simple and workable waste-gate turbocharging system applied on the 6110Z turbo-compound diesel is designed. Experiments have been done on the 6110Z turbo compound diesel by using this system, and some outstanding results are obtained. The results show that the engine performance improves a lot at low load and speed. For example, the low-speed torque of the diesel increased, diesel speed corresponding to maximum torque decreased about 100 r/min, diesel torque back up therefore increased, the fuel consumption in the main working range of the diesel reduced obviously. The results indicate that the waste-gate turbocharging system is a hopeful and practical method to improve the turbo-compound diesel performance at low load and low speed.
