伴随粒子碳氧比测井的应用

摘    要:为使伴随粒子碳氧比测井方法得到实际应用,本文利用Monte Carlo中子输运程序MCNP4C对伴随粒子碳氧比(C/O)测井模型进行了一系列模拟计算,研究了γ射线强度最大的源距与中子出射角度的关系;屏蔽体的长度、大小、材料、形状的不同设计与γ射线计数的关系等。研究表明:γ射线强度最大源距与中子出射角度的余弦成正比,而屏蔽体的不同设计对仪器性能有较大的影响,本研究可为仪器设计提供理论参考。

Abstract:The associated particle carbon/oxygen(C/O) well logging method was simulated using the Monte Carlo n-particle transport code MCNP4C.The simulatins analyzed the relationships between the position of the most probably gamma ray and the angle of the neutron emission.The relationships between the shielding parameters and the gamma ray intensities were also studied.The results show that the distance of the detector with the most probably gamma ray was proportional to the cosine of the neutron emisson angle,and different designs of the shield had bigger influence to the instrument performance.The results will be used to design an associated particle C/O well logging instrument.
